He joined invideo as its first GTM hire, when it had an MVP and 1 pilot client.
He spent the next 9 years on the founding team leading GTM functions such as blogs, community, YouTube and Instagram channels, influencer marketing, and in-house content teams, as invideo grew to more than 50M users across 150+ countries.
Now he helps companies find content-market fit and build the team that keeps it growing.
- 2017
The first bet
Joined invideo as the first person on the GTM team. We had an MVP and one pilot client ahead of us. No playbook existed, so we built one.
- 2018 to 2019
Building the business
Led the entire enterprise function, a team of 15, and grew to 20+ clients back when the company ran purely on enterprise revenue. That motion kept us alive long enough to find our real market.
- 2020 to 2022
The organic engine
Moved into organic growth and built three channels from zero. Grew the blog to 500K+ organic visitors a month, built a Facebook community to 30K+ members, and started our YouTube channel, ending the stretch at around 30K subscribers. Slow, deliberate, foundational.
- 2023 to 2024
Compounding
This is where it took off. Ran the full influencer engine at spends of around $1M a month with a 10 person team, and scaled YouTube from 30K to 300K subscribers. Combined, these two channels attributed to more than 50% of the business.
- 2025
Reinventing the brand
Rebuilt invideo's positioning and segmentation from scratch, moving us from faceless video creators to small and medium businesses, and led the full rebrand and our hero film launch with the CEO, all while still leading influencer marketing and YouTube.
- 2026
Content at scale
In the first quarter, built our in-house content team from the ground up, and it generated 6M views in 30 days on Instagram. By Q2, pivoted the entire strategy to deep product marketing content as our audience shifted from hobbyists to serious, high-ticket creatives like filmmakers and enterprises.
